How do I secure my date? Rozanna will send you a contract as well as the booking fee. Your date will be secure once we have received both the digitally signed contract and the booking fee. How far in advance should we consider booking you? Due to Rozanna's booking capacity of three photoshoots a month, we recommend you contact us with your preferred month for availability. To make a booking or speak to Rozanna and her team directly, please see our contact page. How do I book? Please complete the contact form on our website, Rozanna or her team will be in touch no later than 72 hours. Will you tentatively hold a date for us? Due to Rozanna's booking capacity of three photoshoots a month, dates cannot be held until the digital contract has been signed + deposit made. Is the booking fee refundable or transferable? If you have to change your photoshoot, your booking fee is transferable to be used for a portrait shoot to be used within 3 months of the cancelled date. The fee is non-refundable. Do you offer gift certificates? Rozanna offers gift vouchers valid for 12 months. Please contact us for details. Do you travel interstate or internationally? Events held interstate and overseas can be booked with an extra fee for travel expenses. Please contact our team to discuss your options.

On the day

What is your approach on the day? Relaxed and approachable. Understanding the technical side of photography so well; Rozanna is constantly watching for beautiful light + expressions to capture the exact moments she most cherishes. What if it rains? Rain hail or shine, Rozanna shoots. If your shoot was planned for outdoors, we can find undercover alternatives or select locations that are weather safe. Do you have a studio? A huge part of Rozanna’s creative work and ‘look’ is building and capturing photographs in your home, or meaningful locations. If you would like a studio photoshoot, this can be organised for an additional fee. Hair? Make-up? If you don’t wear lots of make-up, don’t feel pressured to wear more for the shoot. We have a team of recommended hair & make-up artists for an additional fee if you would like this for your shoot. What do I wear? Rozanna loves shooting textures and beautiful garments, steering away from very bold patterns + logos that could overtake your shoot. Requesting your family to follow a dress code helps with consistancy. EG: formal or smart casual.

Final touches

Do you retouch our photographs? Being an integral part of the shoot, Rozanna does her editing herself. Delicate and unnoticeable. Every photo is retouched very lightly and carefully. This includes colour correction or removing blemishes. How do you deliver our images? You will receive your online gallery via email which contains your low-resolution images. Your high-resolution images, which are perfect for printing, will be posted to you on a USB. What is low/high-resolution? This determines whether a file suitable for printing. Low and high res does not make a difference to the image quality, this only changes the quality when the file is printed. Your photoshoot will be presented in 2 sizes, web (low resolution) and print (high resolution) What is an online gallery? This is your personal, password protected website allowing you to view your edited images, favourite & download them. You can share this gallery with your friends and family, for them to also download. How long until we receive our photographs? Image selection and editing is an integral part of Rozanna’s process, just as involved and meticulous as documenting shoot itself. As such, we allow approx. 3 week after your photoshoot to complete this step. Will we receive a preview after our photoshoot? Your photographs will be revealed to you, in full, beautifully edited and complete as a narrative. We do not send previews.


When is the final payment due? Final payment is due no later than 7 days prior to your photoshoot. In the case that this payment is not complete, photography will not commence until final payment is complete. What forms of payment do you accept? Bank transfer or credit cards (all) are accepted via our secure online payment system.
